Darwin Nunez has been handed the No.27 shirt at Liverpool.
The Uruguayan joined Jurgen Klopp’s aspect from Portuguese outfit, Benfica, and was formally introduced as a Reds this week.
The shirt was lately vacated by Divock Origi, who joined Serie A champions AC Milan.
Talking after signing a six-year take care of the Merseyside membership, Darwin stated;
“I am actually joyful and delighted to be right here at Liverpool. It is a large membership,” Nunez informed Liverpoolfc.com.
“It is a pleasure to be right here in Liverpool and I am very joyful to be part of this nice membership.
“I’ve performed towards Liverpool and I’ve seen them in a number of video games within the Champions League, and it is my fashion of play. There are some nice gamers right here and I feel it is going to swimsuit my fashion of play right here.
“As I say, I’ve watched rather a lot and it is a very large membership and I hope I may give every part that I’ve bought with a purpose to assist the staff.”
