INEOS and OGC Good proprietor Jim Ratcliffe has issued an announcement amid rumors of a bid to land the Blues on the market.
On this press launch, the proprietor of the Riviera membership assures that he needs to proceed to care for Good, whereas confirming that he needs to grab Chelsea, put up on the market by Roman Abramovich: “The Ineos group confirms that it has made a proposal for the acquisition of the Chelsea membership. We don’t know for the second if we are going to reach our strategy, however we wish to reassure everybody concerned in OGC Good. This under no circumstances diminishes our dedication to the Gymnasium” is it written. The British billionaire then confirmed that he wished to see his membership, OGC Good, quickly triumph within the remaining of the Coupe de France: “I stay near Good and I stay completely immersed and dedicated to the success of the membership. And I’m delighted that, below the steerage of Christophe (Galtier), we now have reached the ultimate of the Cup (of France). I shall be there with the ambition that we carry this trophy. (…) I wish to see us play within the European Cup subsequent season, and I can guarantee you that we are going to proceed to care for the membership and its future.”
